FARGO, N.D. – Scouts from 27 NFL teams and one CFL team were on hand for the North Dakota State football team’s annual Pro Day on Thursday, March 27, at the Nodak Insurance Football Performance Complex.
The Bison had 13 players participate:

Check-in and measurements began at 9:30 a.m. followed by weight room testing at 10 a.m. with the bench press, vertical jump and broad jump.
Offensive lineman Mason Miller led all players on the bench with 29 reps at 225 pounds. Offensive lineman Hunter Poncius and defensive lineman Eli Mostaert had 26 reps apiece.
Linebacker Nick Kubitz led the vertical jump at 41 inches and the broad jump at 10 feet, 9 inches.

Offensive lineman Grey Zabel, a projected NFL first-round draft pick, did not participate in the bench, vertical or broad jump. At the NFL Scouting Combine, he led all offensive linemen with a 36.5 inch vertical, benched 26 reps, and had a 9-3 broad jump.
On-field position workouts started with placekicker Griffin Crosa on field goals and kickoffs before moving to offensive linemen, quarterback and receivers, and then defensive players until wrapping up shortly before 2 p.m.
Quarterback Cam Miller had an impressive throwing performance and utilized six different receivers. In addition to running back TK Marshall, tight end Joe Stoffel and wide receiver Braylon Henderson, current Bison receivers Bryce Lance and Chris Harris were on hand along with former University of North Dakota receiver Bo Belquist.

Six former Bison players either currently or previously active in the NFL were on hand to support their former teammates. They were Bengals offensive lineman Cordell Volson, 49ers offensive lineman Zack Johnson, Buccaneers offensive lineman Cody Mauch, Giants offensive lineman Jake Kubas, former Panthers and Packers tight end Josh Babicz, and former Packers and 49ers defensive end Spencer Waege, currently with the Hamilton Tiger-Cats of the CFL.
The 2025 NFL Draft is scheduled for April 24-26 at Lambeau Field in Green Bay, Wis.
