GRAND FORKS, N.D. – The North Dakota State men’s track & field team competed in its final indoor meet of the regular season Friday, taking part in the UND Tune-Up.
School record holder Jarod White won the pole vault, clearing 16-03.25 (4.96m).
Unattached Bison freshman Carl Rekow won the mile in a personal-best 4:11.91. Sophomore Quinn Roehl clocked a PR of 4:12.21, also unattached.
Redshirt freshman Jonah Dafoe ran a personal-best 1:53.30 in the 800m to take third place. Jacob Renz finished fifth in 1:56.63.
The meet served as the final tune-up for the Bison before the Summit League Indoor Championships, which will be hosted by South Dakota State on Friday, Feb. 28, and Saturday, March 1, in Brookings.
