The North Dakota State University men’s and women’s track & field teams will compete at a pair of regional meets this Saturday, Jan. 25.
The majority of the Bison roster will travel to Brookings, S.D., to compete at South Dakota State’s Jim Emmerich Alumni Meet, while the NDSU throwers will take part in the Jack Johnson Classic hosted by the University of Minnesota.
Saturday’s action at SDSU is scheduled to start at noon on the track, and most field events begin at 12:30 p.m.
Throwing events at Minnesota begin at 10:30 a.m. Saturday with the men’s shot put.
NDSU’s highest ranked performers early this season include Jacee Johannsen (21st nationally in pole vault), Bryce Enerson (26th in heptathlon), Ella Gardner (33rd in long jump), Adam Dugger (37th in triple jump), Merrideth Spiers (40th in weight throw), and Jarod White (41st in pole vault).
The 2025 Summit League Indoor Track & Field Championships will be held in Brookings on Feb. 28 and Mar. 1 this season.
