It’s time to take a look at the results of our SB Nation Reacts survey for this week, and we’ve got a change of opinion from Minnesota Vikings fans from the first time we asked one of our questions earlier this season for everyone to chew on.
But first, let’s take a look at our usual first question about whether or not everyone is confident in the direction the purple are going. As you’d expect, the number is very high once again.

We’re back up to 97% of our readers feeling that the Vikings are going in the right direction, which is probably what you’d expect for a team on a six-game winning streak and in position to clinch a playoff spot. This isn’t the highest the number has been this season. . .it has gotten as high as 98%. . .but that’s still a pretty solid figure for any team, honestly.
Now, we asked you for the second time this year who the defensive MVP of the Vikings is. Earlier this year, Andrew Van Ginkel blew away the field when we asked this question, but this time around people have responded a bit differently.

This time around, our readers declared linebacker Blake Cashman to be the Vikings’ defensive MVP, giving him 37% of the vote. Jonathan Greenard checked in with 29% of the vote, good enough for second place, while Van Ginkel dropped to third with 24%. As a lot of people noted, the only two games the Vikings have lost this year came with Blake Cashman on the sideline, so there might be some merit to this. Honestly, though, it’s hard to go wrong with any of those players being the selection.
To finish things off this week, we have our look at what people who are betting on this week’s game against the Chicago Bears think is going to happen, courtesy of our friends at FanDuel. The Vikings are as big a favorite as they’ve been all season, and the gambling types out there seem to think that it’s justified.

A full 85% of those who are putting their money down this week are putting it down on Minnesota, despite the spread being a full touchdown. These are two teams going in opposite directions, so the number makes sense. However, we know that divisional games can be weird sometimes. Things are lining up for the Vikings to win big, but I’d be happy if they won by any margin, to be honest.
That’s a look at our SB Nation Reacts survey results for this week. As always, we thank everyone who took the time to vote in our survey and voice their opinion in the comments section. We’ll have another group of questions for you next week.
