Romo made 91.7 percent of his field goal attempts (11-of-12) over his four games for the Vikings this season.

The Patriots are signing kicker John Parker Romo to their practice squad after a trying season for Joey Slye, NFL Network’s Mike Garafolo reported on Tuesday morning.
The Vikings waived Romo after activating rookie Will Reichard from injured reserve. Romo played from Weeks 10 to 13, during which he made 11 of 12 field goals and 7 of 8 extra points over four games.
It’s unclear what lies in store for Slye, who has made 22 of 28 field goals this season. Just before New England’s bye week, the veteran kicker missed a 25-yard field goal attempt against the Colts. He later narrowly missed a 68-yard field goal attempt in the fourth quarter. The Patriots ended with a one-point loss, and are now 3-10.
Though Romo’s first regular season was with the Vikings, he has also kicked for the Saints, Lions, and Bears as well as the XFL’s San Antonio Brahmas.
The Patriots next play the Arizona Cardinals on Sunday, with a possibility of Romo taking over for Slye in the Week 14 game.
