The North Dakota State women’s and men’s track & field teams will compete at the SDSU Holiday Open in Brookings, S.D., this Friday, Dec. 6, and Saturday, Dec. 7. It is the first competition of the 2025 indoor season for the Bison.
Friday’s action inside the Sanford-Jackrabbit Athletic Complex is tentatively scheduled to begin with the men’s heptathlon at noon, running events at 2:40 p.m., and field events at 3 p.m. The meet will continue on Saturday with the women’s pentathlon at 11 a.m., and the resumption of the men’s heptathlon at 11:30 a.m.
The Bison women have captured 15 indoor team titles in 17 seasons since joining The Summit League in 2008. The NDSU men have won nine indoor Summit League team titles.
The Bison will make their home debut next weekend, hosting the Dakota Alumni Classic on Friday, Dec. 13, in Fargo. This year’s Summit League Indoor Championships will be held in Brookings on Feb. 28 and Mar. 1.
