Another member of the 2024 Carolina Panthers has himself a new squad for 2025.
As announced on Wednesday afternoon, outside linebacker Cam Gill has signed with the Minnesota Vikings. Gill appeared in 10 games for the Panthers last season.

A Sumter, S.C. native, Gill attended Wagner College in Staten Island, N.Y. between 2016 and 2019. He’d break into the NFL in 2020, as an undrafted free-agent signee of the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.
Gill played in 40 games for the Buccaneers from 2020 to 2023. He amassed 29 combined tackles and 2.5 sacks, and was a member of Tampa Bay’s Super Bowl LV-winning team as a rookie.
The Panthers signed Gill twice in 2024, once in May and again in October. He recorded 221 snaps on defense and 172 on special teams.
Along with Gill, Minnesota also added fellow linebacker Max Tooley—who worked out for Carolina earlier this month.
