FARGO, N.D. – The North Dakota State University football team will open the 2025 season with back-to-back road games in two new locations where Bison fans are sure to enjoy the local attractions and entertainment.
North Dakota State will open the season against The Citadel on Saturday, Aug. 30. Kickoff is set for noon local time at Johnson Hagood Stadium in historic Charleston, S.C.
Bison fans can purchase Visiting Team Sideline Tickets from The Citadel now through July 31. These are general admission seats on the NDSU sideline and, due to limited availability, may sell out before the deadline. Additional single-game tickets will go on sale Aug. 11.
The following week, North Dakota State travels to “Music City” in Nashville to face Tennessee State on Saturday, Sept. 6. Game time is set for 1:30 p.m. at Nissan Stadium, home of the Tennessee Titans. Single-game tickets for will be available through TSUTigers.com starting Aug. 4.
NDSU football season tickets go on sale June 15 and single-game tickets go on sale Aug. 15 at GoBison.com/tickets. Fans who join NDSU Team Makers prior to July 31 can be part of an exclusive single-game ticket pre-sale Aug. 4-8.
The Bison have six home games scheduled this year at Gate City Bank Field at the Fargodome. The home opener is Sept. 13 against Southeast Missouri State and homecoming is Sept. 27 against South Dakota.
Other home games include Southern Illinois on Oct. 11, Youngstown State on Nov. 1, and Northern Iowa for the Harvest Bowl on Nov. 15. The Bison close out the regular-season Nov. 22 with a non-conference home game against St. Thomas.
