Justin Jefferson is poised to add another record to his collection in 2025

Justin Jefferson has proven to be one of the best players in Minnesota Vikings history already through five seasons of his career.

Jefferson has a long career ahead of him, and he already has history in his grasp. ESPN’s Benjamin Solak points out that Jefferson already owns the records for most receiving yards through the first four and five years of a career, but he could also secure it for a sixth year without much effort.

Solak points out, “Jefferson is already seventh on the list for receiving yards through six seasons, and he has played only five seasons. He’ll take the top spot with a mere 943 yards, which would take just 10 games on his career average of 96.5 receiving yards per game (the best number in NFL history, so take your “17-game season” complaints and shove ’em).”

It is funny to think the Eagles drafted Jalen Reagor, isn’t it?

Jefferson will look to set this record with another new starting quarterback throwing to him after having so many prior. It speaks to his talent that he remains so concistent but also helps him raise the performance of those around him.

A win-win situation for everyone on the team.
