Bison Men Headed to Summit League Outdoor with Run of 14 Straight Titles

The North Dakota State University men’s track & field team will put its streak of 14 consecutive Summit League outdoor team championships on the line this week in Vermillion, S.D., where the University of South Dakota hosts the Summit League Outdoor Track & Field Championships on May 15-17.

The Bison men have won 15 of the 16 outdoor team trophies since joining the league. NDSU won the crown in its first shot in 2008, and then again each year from 2010-24 (excluding the canceled meet in 2020).

Based on the league performance lists entering the meet, the long jump, 110m hurdles, triple jump and javelin project to be some of the highest-scoring events for the Bison men.

NDSU’s current run of 14 consecutive outdoor team titles is an all-time Summit League record.
