Brian Flores completes his interview with the Bears, so is he a fit?

For her Making Monsters podcast this week, Taylor Doll kicks off a Chicago Bears coaching search series with an episode about Minnesota Vikings defensive coordinator Brian Flores, who the Bears just interviewed today. She chats with Tyler Forness, who covers the NFL Draft for A to Z Sports, and the Vikings for SKOR North and Vikings 1st and Skol, about Flores’ possible fit with the Bears.

They talk about Flores’ journey from Miami to Minnesota and the coach he’s become. They discuss the defense he’s built in Minnesota over the last two years and the type of leader he is.

They also touch on other candidates up for the Bears head coaching gig, including Ben Johnson, who Forness doesn’t think would be a good fit in Chicago.
